Since 2002, when I moved into full-time training, I've had the great opportunity to be employed as the Training and Staffing Coordinator for Trippas White Catering, as an accredited trainer and assessor with Restaurant and Catering Australia, with Club Managers' Association of Australia, TAFE NSW and with Profitable Hospitality.
I also have a long list of successful clients in Australia who have used my hands on inclusive staff development style to develop their staff.
