I've had senior management positions over the last 30 years at venues such as the Sydney Opera House, The Wharf Restaurant, Café 191 - owner, The Pavilion on the Park and the Trippas White Group all here in Sydney, NSW.
As a manager with extensive experience, I have employed, trained and mentored hundreds of staff. For the last 19 years I have been and still are closely involved with many registered clubs, Club Managers Association Australia, TAFE NSW and Restaurant Catering NSW in developing and delivering courses to all levels of employment in functions and events, cafes, restaurants, bistros, bars and gaming. I specialise in developing and training systems and procedures and initiating personalised customer service solutions and skills training.
